General Instructions How to Use Drops of Life ND-01 Optimization:

The Drops of Life ND-01 is a non-sticky, topical cream that you just rub onto the insides of your forearms, upper arms, or inner thighs  each day.

Do not use if pregnant or under the age of 12. Keep out of extreme temperatures. 

Here how to use it:

  • Shake the bottle well for at least 10 seconds before each use. Hit the bottom of the bottle gently on the palm of your hand. 
  • Apply half of your dose to the inside of each forearm and rub forearms together. Try not to use your fingers for application since the skin on the fingers is thicker than the skin on your forearms and upper arms.
  • Each week, use the Drops of Life ND-01 for 5 days and then, take 2 days off. Follow this schedule for 2 months, then take 1 to 2 weeks off (recommended). Repeat the cycle.
  • Your body may begin to crave protein. This is absolutely normal. Remember, you are in regeneration mode. DO NOT DIET; a low-carbohydrate, high-protein food regimen is ideal and will help you achieve better results sooner.
  • Drink 2/3 of your body weight in ounces of water daily.
  • Take your nutritional supplements as normal and get adequate rest.  

Anti-Aging/Standard Activity Protocol 

Apply 15 drops, 3 times a day, around the following time periods:
       - Upon Rising
       - Around Lunch Time
       - Before Retiring at Night

Work out (including lifting weights) at least 3 times a week.
If you are over the age of 65 and DON'T see ANY changes after the first four weeks, talk to your doctor. Patients above age 65 usually need higher dosing, up to 20 drops, 3 times per day.

Athletic Performance Enhancement Protocol
 

Apply 10 to 11 drops 4 times a day, at the following time periods:
       - Early Morning
       - Mid Morning
       - Mid Afternoon
       - Before Retiring at Night
Do not over train, (do not lift more than 4 times per week).
